What we collect, andwhat we don't.

The website serves its fonts and public content from its own domain. It does not include advertising trackers, third-party font scripts or embedded social widgets. Your chosen colour theme is stored in your browser so it can be used on another visit.

Website delivery and security involve operational request information, such as the requested address, time, IP address and browser user agent. The public website is delivered using Cloudflare and DigitalOcean. Operational data is separate from the public product catalog and engineering content.

The contact form sends your name, email address, message and the form’s source to JUMPHASH’s contact application. The application also records a receipt time and handling state; it does not add the browser user agent to new inquiry records. These details are used to handle and respond to the inquiry. An anti-abuse challenge helps protect the form from automated submissions.

When an inquiry is submitted, it may include a broad referral category, such as a search engine, an AI assistant, an internal page or a direct visit. This category is derived from the immediately referring page; it does not include that page’s full address, search query or tracking parameters, and it is not stored in a browser cookie. It helps us understand inquiry sources in aggregate. Following another page within this site can obscure the original source.

Inquiries are private. They are not included in public search pages, feeds, the public catalog or read-only public information tools. When email notifications are enabled, Resend processes the notification emails; an optional operator notification includes the full inquiry. Do not submit passwords, access keys or other secrets through the form.

This website’s inquiry form is not a mailing-list subscription. To ask us to stop contacting you about an inquiry, write to hello@jumphash.com. Once an authenticated operator records the request in the contact application, the associated contact records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Active inquiries have no automatic age-based deletion schedule.

You can also ask about access, correction or deletion of the information you provided. Contact us if you need information about the handling of mail-provider copies, backups or operational logs; those are distinct from the contact application’s records.

For a privacy question or request, email hello@jumphash.com. Describe the request and the email address used for the inquiry so we can locate the relevant correspondence. We may need to confirm that a request relates to your information.

Following a link to a portfolio product or another website takes you to that website’s own operator and privacy information. The product directory here describes public projects; it does not merge information collected by those products.

The booking page includes a Calendly calendar. Calendly loads only when you visit that page and receives the connection information needed to display the calendar. Its own cookie controls remain available inside the calendar.

When you book, the details you enter, including your name, email address, chosen time and any answers, are sent to Calendly and shared with the meeting host to arrange the call. Booking details are handled separately from this website’s inquiry form and are not added to our public content.
