# Answers from the cameras a store already has.

Haytham Retail counts footfall, dwell time and queues from the cameras already on the ceiling, and tells the right person when a till or a zone needs them. Every number names the camera and the moment it came from, and no face is ever needed. JUMPHASH builds it on the same components as GENESYS.

## What Haytham Retail does

Haytham Retail is a JUMPHASH product on the GENESYS platform. It reads the feeds of the cameras a store already has and turns them into counts, dwell times, queue lengths and staffing per zone, with every number tied to the camera and the moment it came from.

- Footfall, occupancy and conversion
- Dwell and queue time against targets
- Queue and staffing alerts
- Faceless by design: boxes and skeletons only
- Live camera and device health
- In the cloud or on site, on ForgeOS appliances

## Faceless by design

A person in the picture becomes a box and a skeleton, and that is what is kept, with the counts, times, camera and moment. Faces, identities and pictures of shoppers are not kept.

## Deployment

Haytham runs in the cloud, or on site on a ForgeOS appliance so the video stays in the building. It starts from the cameras already on the ceiling.
